  • A new patient guide to Medicines Use Review commissioned by the Department of Health is now available to download in pdf format.  The booklets will be available to order free of charge from the Department of Health publications orderline (tel 08701 555 455, publication reference no. 270570) from 21st December.
 
  • Information for patients on medicines - should be much more accessible and patient centred according to an editorial in the British Medical Journal written by the Medicines Partnership team.
 
  • Making contact with the Contract: This free one day event took place on 1st Nov and aimed to provide support for voluntary and social care organisations, helping them understand the new community pharmacy contract, how it is likely to benefit their members and service users and how they can influence the future provision of local community pharmacy services.
