This section contains a database of published articles of current research related to concordance. The articles have been reviewed by Professor Alison Blenkinsopp and Kate Cox. The last review took place in December 2003 and there are no plans at the moment to continue. Research sponsored by Medicines Partnership has been carried out by MORI during Ask About Medicines Week in 2003 and 2004, exploring people's attitudes to shared decision making and medicines information.
 
The NHS Service Delivery and Organisation (SDO) Research Programme has commissioned Professor Rob Horne, at the University of Brighton, to lead an important review of the evidence base for involving patients in decisions about prescribed medicines.  This is due to report in the summer of 2005.
