Focus on Your Medicines – a Patient Guide to Medication Review is a short booklet targeted at patients who have been invited for or would benefit from a medication review. This guide provides important information which patients need to know about Medication Review, as well as helping them to prepare for a review. An expanded version of the booklet specially developed for people with Epilepsy has also been developed and is available to order.
