Making contact with the Contract

making contact with the Contract
Tuesday 1st November 2005
Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain
1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1 7JN

The new community pharmacy contract is intended to improve access to pharmacy services and to raise their quality, as described in 'A vision for pharmacy in the new NHS' (Department of Health 2003).

This one day event, 'making contact with the Contract', provided support to voluntary and social care organisations to help understand the new community pharmacy contract, how it is likely to benefit their members and service users and how they can influence the future provision of local community pharmacy services.

This event was aimed at key decision makers, influencers and communication strategists from voluntary, community and social care organisations.

The flier, presentations from the event and write up of round table discussions are available to download below (in pdf format).
